Privacy Policy

LiftLocal is designed to help you track your fitness without giving up control of your personal information.

Information stored by LiftLocal

LiftLocal stores the information you enter locally on your device. This may include:

• Workout plans and exercises
• Completed workout history
• Weight records
• In-progress workout recovery information
• App preferences and settings

This information is used only to provide LiftLocal’s workout tracking features.

Information we collect

LiftLocal does not currently require an account or upload your workout information to our servers. We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or tracking services in the app.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your workout information with third parties. Because LiftLocal stores this information locally, we do not have access to it.

Deleting your information

You can delete your LiftLocal information from within the app by opening Settings & Privacy and selecting Erase All Data.

You may also remove locally stored information by deleting the app from your device. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed by LiftLocal.

Backups and synchronization

LiftLocal does not currently provide its own cloud synchronization or backup service. Any device-level backup behavior is controlled by your device, operating system, and Apple account settings.

Contacting support

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you voluntarily include. We use this information only to understand and respond to your request.

Children’s privacy

LiftLocal is not directed to children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when LiftLocal’s features or data practices change. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
